Kareene Koh, CEO Domain Home Loans

Dexter was fantastic to work with throughout the hiring process of my role with Domain Home Loans.

He provides strong advice and clear feedback to help throughout the recruitment journey.

He plays an outstanding role in bridging the client and candidates needs to get the best outcome for all involved.

Thanks, Dexter for all your support!

Simone Joyce, Chair of FinTech Australia.

Working with Dexter and Tier One People was one of the best choices we made at FinTech Australia. We needed to fill a position within the organisation, a very specific and critical role.

Dexter was able to distil all of our requirements into a powerful thesis about the type of person we would need and then presented an impressive list of vetted and recommended candidates.

Not only did Dexter help us find the right person for the role, but the entire process was also smooth and efficient.

Part of the reason that Dexter is so good at what he does is that he truly understands the unique demands of fintech and fundamentally believes in the positive impacts fintech can have on individuals and the wider economy.

Sympli hires Staffan Flodin

Sympli is disrupting the e-Conveyancing market by providing a safe, secure and fast way for Australians to exchange properties.

Tier One People were recently chosen by Sympli CEO Philip Joyce to search for a Chief Information Officer.

Sympli is a joint venture with ASX and Infotrack. The platform has scaled significantly in the last 12 months and with the four major banks planned to come on board in 2022, the time had come for the company to appoint its first CIO.

After a 3 week search, Tier One People were able to present a strong shortlist of candidates with Fintech experience. Most crucial was the proven ability to scale SaaS platforms, a skill set that is rare in Australia given the maturity stage of the local Fintech market.

Sympli felt they had found the right person in Staffan Flodin, who joins the business from Avant.

We wish Staffan and Sympli continued success.
