What happened next.

This episode was recorded in 2020, when Spriggy had just passed 500,000 users.

When Alex returned to the show in 2025, Spriggy had passed one million customers and grown to nearly 100 people. Its schools product was used in 10% of Australian primary schools, Spriggy Spark mode had been added for teenagers, and Spriggy Mobile had launched to help parents give kids their first phone safely. More than half of its growth now comes from customers telling other customers.
