A totally different BDM role to the one you are in!

We’re looking for a natural leader, someone who can take a performing team to new levels of awesomeness. This is a strategic sales role, one where you will need to demonstrate your ability to optimise revenue streams. Your ultimate goal is to double revenue in the next 12 months.

It is a BIG challenge, but one that is highly realistic given the tools and resources at your disposal. We need a diverse Business Development Manager who can:

  • Increase the output of an established sales team
  • Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy
  • Optimise processes
  • Relationship manage key accounts and optimise revenue opportunities
  • Develop marketing, events and promotional campaigns

This is a sales role that requires high levels of integrity. Your credentials must include:

  • Previous success scaling/building a team and channel
  • 5 years’ sales experience at an aggregator / intermediary / broker / 3rd party origination business
  • Commercial smarts, you can double revenue streams
  • You get stuff done
  • You have what it takes to work in a TOP 100 FinTech
  • Salary: to $160,000.00 OTE $250,000
